The life of steel structure protected by spraying zinc, with a coating of 120 microns is increased by about 25 years under heavy corrosive/marine conditions. Zinc Wire plays a important role in anticorrosion because of its inherent resistance to the aggressiveness of the enviroment & also active protection which it imparts to steel. We also provide Zinc Rods (Purity min 99.99 Zinc), Zinc Shots, Zinc Anodes/Plates.

The purity of our Zinc Wire is either 99.99% (+) or 99.95% (+) as may be required depending upon the enduse. Our high purity & special grade Zinc Wire manufactured by using 99.99% (+) purity special high grade virgin Zinc metal is highly recommended & most suitable for spraying using Flame spray or Arc Spray process on iron & steel fro protection against corrosion & for end sealing of capacitor elements & for various other uses. Our high purity Zinc Wire is manufactured by a specialmanufacturing process & by using specially designed drawing dies & lubricants. Due to this our Zinc Wire has smooth surface finish, uniform dimensions & properties which ensure minimum consumption of zinc metal, avoids nozzle clogging & wear & tear & minimises oxidation losses thereby enabling maximum spray coverage with minimum spraying time.
